She has over 20+ years of experience in Insurance & IT industries. She has earlier worked in SBI Life Insurance and Tata Consultancy Services, before embarking on the journey of entrepreneurship.
She is the visionary founder and the driving force of the Organization. Her exemplary leadership, employee oriented and customer centric approach helps the Organization to scale new heights
Sharath has MBA in Marketing, from IMI, New Delhi, along with a Bachelor’s degree in engineering. He also holds a Fellowship of Insurance Institute of India.
He has over two decades of General Insurance Sales experience in varied verticals and channels like Motor, SME, Health & Retail and associated with reputed Organizations such as ICICI Lombard, Magma HDI & Zuno (formerly Edelweiss).
He heads the Strategy & Distribution operations for the organization and is instrumental in conception and execution of the organizational objectives
Savith heads the technology function in the organization. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and MBA from IMI, New Delhi
He excels in driving technology-driven solutions having gained international exposure with global stints in international technology-based organizations like Newgen Software, Citimedia Group and has positioned his products in Gartner's Magic Quadrant and Forrester's Wave.
He is the chief architect of the digital applications and other technology related innovations for the organization. He monitors and nurtures the in-house tech talent which is the backbone of the Organization ensuring scalability with enhanced functionality.
Arun holds a Postgraduate, MA in Public and Personnel Management, LLB, MBA (IT and Finance), MBA (Hospital Management), FIII, Certified Insurance Anti-Fraud Professional (Insurance Institute of India)
With over 38 years of experience in General Insurance and extensive work in PSUs like Oriental Insurance (Underwriting and Claims). He further worked at varied private Organizations like FHPL (Claims), Apollo Munich Health Insurance (Product designing/Training), Cholamandalam General Insurance (Underwriting) & Magma HDI General Insurance (Underwriting). A highly qualified professional with Specialization in handling Health Insurance Claims.
With a strong foundation in business management and administration, Shaktirupa Ratho holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce and MCA. With over 10 years of diverse experience across industries, she brings a wealth of expertise in human resources and administration.
She heads the Human Resources and Admin functions for the organization and ensures smooth day to day running of the organization. An avid fitness enthusiast, she encourages that all her colleagues develop healthy lifestyle habits while on the job as well as ensures Work Life Balance for our employees.
Supriya has academic credentials of B. Com (Hons), M. Com and CA (Inter). She is a highly skilled training professional with rich experience in communication training and Insurance Sales training. Skilled in designing and delivering impactful training programs to enhance team efficiency and knowledge. Adept at leveraging industry expertise to drive customer-centric solutions and foster organizational growth.
